A beautiful 3 bedroom platinum rated caravan with views of Perranporth Beach and its amazing sunsets.


      • The caravan is in a quiet section of the site and the caravan offers beautiful views of the coast and beach.
      • There is an outside table and chairs where the amazing sunsets can be viewed and a grass area with an 8 seater picnic table.
      • The caravan has a lovely open-plan living area with a 50 inch smart TV and an adjacent dining area. 
      • The kitchen has a five plate cooker, grill and oven. There is also a washing machine, fridge with a 3 drawer freezer, a toaster, microwave oven and kettle. Crockery and cutlery is provided as are 2 tea towels.
      • There are 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin bedrooms which can be converted into doubles. These bedrooms have built-in cupboards and drawers. 
      • The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower, toilet, hand basin and walk in wardrobe. It also has a second smart TV and DVD Player.
      • There is another separate bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and hand basin.
      • Bedding is provided.
      • Wifi is provided.
      • Bookings are normally only accepted from Saturday to Saturday
      • Bookings will only be accepted from hirers who are 22 years of age and above, couples and Family’s only. 
      • Only the persons on the initial booking request / notification provided to us, by you may stay at the caravan. Over Occupancy is not permitted and will serve to breach the terms of your contract with us and will result in eviction from the holiday home without compensation 
      • ALL proposed changes to a booking are only allowed by prior agreement with the caravan owners and confirmed in writing to the owners. 
      • The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all persons listed on the booking notification. Loud music, parties, causing nuisance to other holiday makers, breaching site rules or terms of this agreement by you or any of your party / associates of your party will be regarded as a breach of this agreement and the determination described in rule 9 will apply. 
      • The hirer agrees that all persons named on the booking notification shall be with you (the hirer) during your hire period of the holiday caravan. Holiday park owners and/or their staff shall have a copy of your booking notification.  
      • Each person listed on the booking notification must be prepared to identify themselves to the park owners or their staff upon request and comply with their reasonable requirements. 
      • The hirer shall notify the caravan owners in writing with any proposed changes to person(s) listed on the booking notification at the earliest possible opportunity and in any event, prior to arrival at the holiday park. 
      • The hirer must give access to the holiday home as / when required to the owners, holiday park owners and their staff / agents. 
      • The holiday home owners reserve the right to refuse any booking without any obligation to give an explanation and / or reserve the right to terminate any booking for whatever reason at their absolute discretion.

UPON COMMENCEMENT OF HIRE

  • The holiday home may be occupied from 4 pm onwards on the first day of hiring and must be vacated by 10 am on the last day of your holiday.
  • The holiday home will have been inspected prior to your arrival and any issues MUST be notified to the owner immediately by yourselves. Retrospective notifications will not be accepted. 
  • In the case of a maintenance problem, the hirer shall contact the owners on the     mobile number provided immediately. 
  • Similarly, if damage or breakages occur during your holiday you should notify the owner immediately.

  • Smoking is NOT permitted in the holiday home at any time.

  • The holiday home should be left in a secure, clean and tidy condition ready for the next tenants, following inspection by staff. If not, then rule 4 shall apply.
  • Holiday park / accommodation owners and their staff do not accept liability for any loss or damage to the hirer’s property and/ or accidents, injuries, illness, diseases, arising from the hire of the caravan or use of the holiday park, including acts of God or extreme weather conditions.
  • The holiday home MUST be vacated by 10am on the last day of hiring. Ready for cleaner to check.

 

IF YOU ARE ASKED TO VACATE THE HOLIDAY HOME / HOLIDAY PARK BY THE HOLIDAY PARK OWNERS OR THEIR STAFF FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, THE CARAVAN OWNERS SHALL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY PAID.

      • A provisional booking will be accepted by the holiday home owners, subject to receiving a £100 deposit within 5 working days of your initial request, this deposit could be by bank transfer.
      • Upon receiving deposit, you’ll receive confirmation for the dates that you have now booked. Please note that ALL bookings are provisional until the holiday home owners receive the deposit.


DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION this is to cover administration costs. 


      • If the deposit is not received within 5 working days it is assumed by the caravan owners that the provisional booking is no longer required.
      • The balance of the hire charge as due SIX WEEKS prior to arrival, if the balance is NOT received within this time frame, then the holiday owners reserve the right to hire the caravan to someone else. 
      • Bookings taken with less than SIX weeks remaining can only be accepted if payment is made in full and received within 5 working days of your enquiry.
      •  The hirer shall also pay a £100 refundable security bond. This bond is fully refundable at the end of the hire period and returned within seven days of departure date.
      • The owners reserve the right to withhold some or the entire bond and /or bill the hirer for the additional cost of: a) replacing and/or repairing all damage b) all breakages c) charge for cleaning the caravan or removing stains or replacing as new. 
      • All BREAKAGES, DAMAGE AND STAINS within the holiday home must be paid for. 
      • No property must be removed from the holiday home.
      • Once we have received your £100 deposit you the hirer has agreed to the full terms and conditions, as above, as applicable at the time of your booking and holiday.
      • These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights under English law.


You are required to leave the property in the same undamaged clean and tidy condition as you received it. 
      • In the event of a cancellation, the hirer must confirm this in writing. (Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation due to administration costs associated with your booking).
      • No refund will be made to the hirer whose hiring has commenced and who vacates the caravan for any reason including an emergency at home.
      • Once the balance has been paid refunds will only be considered in certain circumstances at the owner’s discretion and subject to the time remaining to the holiday and a replacement booking being obtained
      • Should you need to cancel your holiday with us you must advise us by telephone immediately and send us written confirmation by e - mail.
      • Your cancellation is effective from the date that we receive your e-mail confirmation of cancellation.
      • Our cancellation charges are those detailed below which reflect the cost of administration, re advertising, necessary discounts and possible loss of sale.
